STEP 1. Fill in information and submit design file
Customers could choose the design styles from the online platform and submit DIY design through the platform. Customers may also submit the design by email or visiting our shop.
STEP 2. Confirm design drawing
After submitting the design and information, our staff will reply you immediately to confirm the design drawing according to your requests.
STEP 3. Deposit payment
After customers confirm the preliminary design drawing, half of the total price could be paid as the deposit. The details of payment methods are shown in “Payment methods” on the same page.
STEP 4. Confirm cloth material and color
Following the deposit payment, a piece of cloth for the ordered jersey will be made and shown as the sample for your confirmation. It will take about 7-9 working days. This is to make sure that the printed colors, logo size and design of the final product are as close to your expectation as possible.
STEP 5. Official manufacture
If customers have no problem with the cloth, we will arrange the official manufacture. It will take about 14-20 working days.
STEP 6. Completion and product pickup
After finishing the production, we will contact customers by phone or email to collect the products at our store which is located in Mong Kok.
If the quantity is 20 or more, free delivery to the industrial and commercial address, or SF Express store can be arranged (Back payment should be paid before the arrangement of delivery).
STEP 7. After-sales services
If customers find any problems with the jersey, please contact us within 30 days after pickup, we will arrange the product exchange as soon as possible.
If it is due to human factors, e.g. customers submit incorrect information, no product exchange services will be arranged.
